Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You take feedback and rejection really hard, so much so that it can ruin your whole day

  • You find yourself hiding in the bathroom or in your office to cry more frequently than you’d like to admit

  • You find yourself consumed by or swept away by big emotions, especially fear, embarrassment, guilt, and frustration which greatly impacts your productivity at work

  • You struggle to identify your emotions and often don’t know what they are there until they burst out intensely in ways you’re not proud of

  • You do everything you can do avoid conflict at work because it brings up such intense emotions for you that you shut down or panic

As a Highly Sensitive Professional...

You've used your HSP strengths of ....

  • noticing subtleties
  • processing things deeply
  • being attentive to your surrounds
  • empathizing easily with others
  • and making mindful decisions

...to create a career path that you're passionate about!

But the intensity at which you experience your feelings, feels like the biggest burden and barrier to your success.

Making mistakes, receiving feedback, or engaging in conflict at work leaves you so overcome with feelings of shame, guilt, frustration, and anxiety that your productivity suffers.

Even though you're able to make space for and process these emotions in your personal life, you feel at a loss about what to with them at work.

There are certain expectations at your workplace about professionalism after all!

If this sounds like you...

I completely understand.

As a Highly Sensitive Person myself, I know what it feels like to be given constructive criticism and feel so embarrassed about falling short of perfection that I’m unable to work effectively for the rest of the day. I’ve hidden in the bathroom to cry because it didn’t feel safe or appropriate to express such intense emotions openly in the workplace, and I’ve lost days of work because I was too frustrated or upset to focus.
feeling overwhelmed at work

Throughout my career as a Social Worker and Therapist...

I've had to navigate BIG feelings while supporting and advocating for my clients, managing a team, participating in staff meetings, and balancing a full caseload.

Over the years, I've developed tried-and-true emotional regulation and emotional resiliency skills, that have allowed me to honour my feelings with care, without getting swept away in the them or suppressing them.

As I became proficient in these skills, I recognized how beneficial they would be to fellow sensitive souls.

Through my private counselling practice and my Social Work coaching business, I've supported countless Highly Sensitive Helpers & Healers learn how to work with their sensitive nature and tend to intense emotions at work.

And I thought, I could help you too!

My goal? To create an affordable and time-efficient course that empowers Highly Sensitive Professionals to navigate their emotions with compassion and care, so that their sensitive strengths shine through and serve them in their workplace.

I want to give you the skills you need to feel confident in responding to your emotions that arise with challenging workplace situations.
